Who doesn't want to be healthy forever? everyone wants to be healthy and never seen old age but it can't happen. One day you have to become old. It is a different matter that we can remain young and healthy even in old age. As the changes take place over time in the same way changes in human body are seen on aging.

When we think of staying healthy, then a lot of thoughts come to our mind like
- How to keep our health up?
- How do we know what is lacking in our body and that too without consulting a doctor?
- What are the ways or the techniques from which we will be able to know what is lacking in our body?
- What are the measures or precautions we can take to live a healthy life?
- Which fruits and vegetables can we eat to improve our health?
- What is the importance of Vitamins, calcium, proteins etc...
