Calcium is an important nutrient that every human body needs which gives strength to our bones. Around 99% of the body's calcium is in our bones and teeth which makes them strong.
At one point of age human body stops absorbing the calcium minerals. As a person moves towards old age, calcium starts to decrease from the body due to which the bones become weak . that is why you should give as much calcium as possible to your body in advance to keep your bones and teeth stronger.
