Signs and symptoms of calcium deficiency


Calcium is an important nutrient that every human body needs which gives strength to our bones. Around 99% of the body's calcium is in our bones and teeth which makes them strong.

At one point of age human body stops absorbing the calcium minerals. As a person moves towards old age, calcium starts to decrease from the body due to which the bones become weak . that is why you should give as much calcium as possible to your body in advance to keep your bones and teeth stronger.

Our body is like a machine. When things go wrong it sends signals through which we can detect the problems in our body and could take precautionary measures to make it right or can make it work smoothly.

Signs and Symptoms of Calcium Deficiency

  • Almonds Sesame seeds
  • vegetables like Kale, broccoli, soyabeans
  • Sardines fish with bones.
Avoid diets which contains sodium or excessive proteins and soft drinks which contains caffeine or dark coloured sodas because it depletes Calcium from bones.
